First Baptist Church has been ministering on Delmarva in Pocomoke City since 1854. Our church was founded by Rev. Solomon Boston. The community was known as Newtowne, and the area has seen unprecedented adjustments but through it all FBC has remain true to the unchanging Word of God.
At First Baptist Church, we take Jesus’ Word seriously. We believe that He is the Son of the living God, BY whom and FOR whom all things exist. By knowing Jesus as Savior and Lord, and the reality of a meaningful relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, both now and forever.
